I couldn't disagree with Turpster more when it comes to Alice in Wonderland. Granted Alice in Wonderland is on of my favorite books so perhaps I'm biased, but I thought the movie was amazing. Visually it was beautiful and the story was fresh but still true to the feel of the books. Though I must agree about the fudderwacking and personally I think it would have been better if they had ended the movie as Alice climbed out of the rabbit hole.

I have no idea why you could dislike the movie so much.

Another great episode guys, though I have to say I really enjoyed Alice in Wonderland so I am with Nicole on that one. :)

Patrick, I totally agree with your points on subs vs. dubs. I dislike watching dubbed films (regardless if they have A-list actors or not), to the point where I would actually prefer to watch a film in an original language (which I did not understand) without subtitles, than to watch a dubbed version. I would never want to see a dubbed Miyazaki film, when subbed versions are so readily availalbe, but sadly much of the US audience is still subtitle averse.
