The more I play Bloodborne, the more I love this game. And I really want to insist on the fact that : this game isn’t hard! really, no matter what happen, you will progress, you will level your character, increase your knoledge of the game.

You made the comparison with the perma-death of Fire emblem characters. But dying in bloodborne is far less punishing than that. when you dies you just (may) loose the xp from the run, (you will often get that xp back). You keep, every thing else (object, stuff, unlocked dors…)

Bosses In Bloodborn remind me of Bosses in WOW : you will die, learn the mechanics, learn patterns phases, and… you will beat it. And if it’s too hard, you will farm a little for potions, stuff, XP… and you will beat the monster….. and if you really don’t, ring a bell and players come to help you ( or kill you ^^, )

I will buy a wii U only when Zelda comes out… So maybe I’m not the only one 😉

I have the impression that for you Tomb Raider is a new licence, it’s just a reboot. It’s not Tomb Raider that is like Uncharted but the contrary.
But I like both games and for me also, Uncharted 2 is the best game of the licence.

    • I’m sure you’re not the only one interested in buying a Wii U for Zelda, but I don’t think there’s enough of you to “save” the console…
And good point about Uncharted/Tomb Raider! I’d argue Uncharted reinvented it and the Tomb Raider reboot then made a 98% copy of that reinvention, but certainly Tomb Raider was there first and was a huge inspiration for Uncharted to begin with. It’s easy to forget, you’re right. 🙂
